These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Looply ("the Service"), operated by Looply ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Looply provides email and SMS marketing automation tools for businesses, including contact management, campaign sending, automations, signup forms, and analytics. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and be at least 18 years old.
You may only message contacts who have given you consent to receive marketing communications. You agree to:
We may suspend sending or terminate accounts that generate excessive bounces, spam complaints, or violate this policy — including automatically via deliverability protections built into the Service.
You retain all rights to your contact lists and content. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service (storing contacts, sending your messages). We will never sell your contact data or use it to market to your customers. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. SMS usage is billed as consumed. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Email and SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers; we do not guarantee delivery of any individual message. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You may close your account at any time and export your contacts beforehand. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
